We answer email, usually the same working day.
| What you need | Where to send it |
|---|---|
| A demo, pricing, or a question before buying | Request a demo, or write to [email protected] |
| Help with an account you already have | [email protected] — tell us your organization's web address so we can find you |
| Custom work — a process, a report or an integration you need building | [email protected] — describe what you are trying to fix and we will tell you whether it is something we should quote |
| Security, privacy, or a data request | [email protected] |
Start with whoever runs maintenance where you work. They can reset a sign-in, change what you can see, and correct or remove your details straight away — and they are entitled to decide those things, which we are not.
If you are trying to report something that needs fixing at your workplace, use the request portal your facilities team gave you rather than writing to us; we cannot see your organization's work orders unless they ask us to look.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm we have it, keep you posted while we work on it, and we will not pursue anyone who reports something in good faith and does not access or change data belonging to other people while finding it.
FacilityStream is maintenance management software: work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, fleet and the public request portal, in one place. It was built inside a working facilities department rather than designed from the outside, which is why it assumes technicians are on phones, requesters will not create accounts, and the person running it has other things to do.
Every customer's information sits in a database of its own. What that means in practice is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what we commit to is in the Terms of Service.
Want to see it? A demo takes about twenty minutes and we will use your buildings and your work, not a canned example. Request one here.
